In celebration of the many contributions and accomplishments of African American women, CBC will host the Annual Salute to Black Mothers on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 12:00 noon. We are proud to honor several outstanding women in our community in areas such as education, business, religion and community. The annual event will be held at Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel located at 2020 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, GA 30337. 
 
I am honored to serve as the First Woman President of the Concerned Black Clergy. I desire, this year, to salute women who are first in various areas.  This year’s theme is Trailblazing Women: Church, Business, and Community. More than 400 people are anticipated to be our guests as we celebrate the outstanding work of some very deserving women in our communities.
